As a member for over three years, I've had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service is always top-notch, and I love how they take the time to get to know their clients. I recently called in with a few questions about my account, and the representative was extremely patient and answered all my queries thoroughly. I also appreciate their competitive interest rates on savings accounts, which have helped me grow my funds over time. The only thing I think they could improve would be their mobile app; it's functional but sometimes feels a bit clunky. Still, the benefits of being a member far outweigh this minor issue. I had a wonderful experience when I went in to get a loan. The representatives were incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step. They found a loan option that fit my needs perfectly, which I truly appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the experience even better. However, I would suggest extending the hours on Saturdays, as I’m sure many customers would benefit from that.
