I've been a member for over a year now, and my experience has been mostly positive. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues I encounter regarding my account. I also love their mobile app; it makes it super convenient to check my balance and make transfers on the go. What I really appreciate about this place is the level of service. I had a question about a loan and the representative went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed. They even gave me tips on how to improve my credit score, which was unexpected but very helpful! The environment is also welcoming, and it feels more personal than some larger banks. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I did experience a slight delay in getting my debit card in the mail, which took longer than I anticipated. However, the service made up for that little hiccup. Overall, a solid choice for banking needs!
