My experience with this credit union has been overwhelmingly positive! The atmosphere in the branch is friendly and inviting, which makes banking a much more pleasant experience. I was impressed by how knowledgeable the staff is; they answered all of my questions regarding my mortgage options and even helped me understand some financial terms I was unfamiliar with. On top of that, they offer some great features like no monthly fees and a solid rewards program. I did notice that the branch can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which sometimes results in longer wait times. However, the staff worked efficiently to assist everyone, so the wait wasn’t too bad. Overall, I feel valued as a member here and would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new financial institution!
