My experience with Nawal was absolutely fantastic! As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Nawal walked me through every step of the process. She provided invaluable advice on what to look for in properties and gave me a realistic view of what my budget could afford. I loved how she was always willing to go the extra mile, even on evenings and weekends, to show me homes that fit my criteria. Her negotiation skills were superb; she managed to get the price down on a property I loved. The one area I think could be improved is the initial paperwork process; it felt a bit overwhelming at first, but Nawal was there to help me sort through it all. Otherwise, I’m thrilled with my new home and so grateful to have had her as my agent!
