What a gem of a place! I recently visited this shop after my bike's gears started slipping, and I must say, the service there is stellar. From the moment I stepped inside, the staff made me feel welcome, and they took a genuine interest in my biking issues. They meticulously went over my bike, explaining each problem and how they would fix it. It was refreshing to see such transparency! Their repair turnaround time was impressive, and I had my bike back in just a couple of days. The performance afterward was night and day compared to before. I also browsed their selection of accessories and ended up purchasing a new bike lock and a few lights. The prices were fair, and the quality of the products was excellent. The shop itself had a vibrant energy, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to have extended hours for those of us who work late, but even so, I can’t recommend this place enough! Just a wonderful place to get your biking needs taken care of.

They found a few issues that needed to be addressed, but instead of overwhelming me with a laundry list of repairs, they prioritized what was necessary for safety and performance. I particularly appreciated their approach to sustainability, as they offer to recycle parts whenever possible. They also have a great selection of bikes and gear, and I ended up buying a new helmet while I was there. The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be nice if they had a waiting area with more seating, as I had to stand for a bit while they worked on my bike. But honestly, I was so impressed with their service that it hardly mattered. I’ll definitely be back for all my biking needs!
