I had a fantastic experience with this orthopedic surgeon! After struggling with chronic shoulder pain for years, I finally decided to seek help. The clinic was easy to find with ample parking, which was a plus right off the bat. Dr. Smith was incredibly compassionate and made me feel at ease. He provided a clear treatment plan, and I appreciate how he encouraged me to explore both surgical and non-surgical options. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was impressed with how attentive the nursing staff was during my recovery process. My only suggestion would be that it might help to have more staff available to answer calls during peak hours, as I did experience a few delays getting through for follow-up questions.
