Joining this credit union has been one of the best financial decisions I've made. I walked in to open a savings account and left feeling like I had made friends. The staff really listens to your needs and provides personalized advice. I took advantage of their financial planning services, and my advisor was super helpful in outlining strategies for my savings goals. I also felt pleased with their interest rates, which are significantly better than my previous bank. The only suggestion I would have is to offer extended hours during the week, as it can be tough to make it there if you work a 9 to 5 job. However, the Saturday hours are a nice touch, and I salute them for that. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and I truly feel cared for as a member!

I recently switched to this credit union, and I’m already so glad I did! I love the community feel and how easy it is to get help when I need it. The tellers are always friendly, and they even remembered my name by my second visit. The ATM access is convenient, and there are plenty of branches nearby, which is a huge plus for me. My only wish is that the mobile app could have a few more features, like mobile check deposits, but overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal touch in their banking experience.
