The manager was friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in my choice. The units are secure, and I liked that there were security cameras throughout the property. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness; everything looked new and well-cared-for. I do wish they had longer hours, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as it would make it easier for folks with busy schedules like mine. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! The storage units are varied in size, which was perfect for my needs. I had some collectibles that I wanted to keep safe, and the climate-controlled unit worked perfectly. The on-site manager took the time to show me around and explain their security measures, which really made me feel secure about leaving my items there. The location is convenient, and while I wish they had more flexible hours, I totally understand the need for the staff to have days off. One tiny hiccup was some minor paperwork delays during the initial setup, but they were quick to resolve them. Overall, a solid choice for anyone needing storage!
