I also appreciated that they offered a rental car service, which made my life so much easier during the repair period. Their customer service was exceptional; every time I called for an update, they were friendly and responsive. One minor note for improvement would be to have more frequent updates, since I sometimes felt I was in the dark about the status of my car.
