I had such a great experience! The team was super friendly, and my consultation was informative and reassuring. Dr. Johnson took the time to walk me through everything, which made me feel much more comfortable about the upcoming procedure. The office environment was modern and clean, and I loved how attentive the staff was throughout my visit. I did have a little trouble finding the place since there weren’t clear signs outside, but once I was in, everything was fantastic. As someone who has always been anxious about dental procedures, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt a sense of calm. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step of the process and gave me tips for managing my anxiety. Dr. Lee is a true professional; he has a gentle approach that made the procedure much more comfortable than I expected. I particularly appreciated the post-op care instructions and the fact that I could reach out to them with any questions afterward. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area; while it was clean, it could use some more comfortable seating. Overall, I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of oral surgery! They really make you feel like a valued patient.
