I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this otolaryngology clinic! After struggling with allergies and related ear issues for years, I finally decided to seek help, and boy, am I glad I did! The clinic itself is impeccably clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen - no long waits here! Dr. Herrero was incredibly attentive and made sure to address all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the technology they used during the examination; it felt very advanced and reassuring. The staff were not only professional but also friendly, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. They even followed up with me the next day to check on how I was feeling after my appointment. My only suggestion would be to offer more parking spaces, as it can get a bit tight during peak hours. Nevertheless, I left feeling hopeful and relieved, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of ENT services!
