I had the most delightful evening at a charming little restaurant that specializes in Peruvian cuisine! As someone who enjoys trying different international foods, I was thrilled to find this place. The ambiance was cozy, yet lively, making it a perfect spot for either a casual dinner or a special occasion. I started with the Causa Rellena, which was beautifully presented and packed with flavor – a perfect blend of creamy avocado and zesty lime that left me wanting more. For my main course, I opted for the Pollo a la Brasa, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy and bursting with spices, paired beautifully with their homemade chimichurri sauce that added an extra kick. The server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, providing great recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. The only minor critique I have is that the restaurant can get quite busy, especially on weekends, which might lead to a wait time. However, the food is worth every minute! What a fantastic dining experience! I stumbled upon this Peruvian spot while searching for a new place to try, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, I felt transported to Peru with the charming decor and friendly staff. I ordered the Aji de Gallina, and it was hands down one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The creamy, mildly spicy sauce paired perfectly with tender chicken and rice. I also appreciated the generous portion sizes; I definitely left full and happy! The highlight, though, was the Pisco Sour – it was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of tartness. My only suggestion would be to add a few more dessert options to the menu, as I was craving something sweet to end my meal. Nevertheless, I can’t wait to bring my friends here to share this incredible culinary find. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to explore new flavors!
