They explained everything they were doing as they went along, and you could tell they genuinely cared about my satisfaction. I also appreciated that they used high-quality products; my hair felt amazing afterwards! The wash and scalp massage were heavenly, making the experience even more enjoyable. My only minor critique would be that the salon can get a bit busy on Saturdays, which is when I visited. It seemed like a lot of the stylists were booked back-to-back, and I had to wait a little longer than anticipated for my appointment. However, once I was in the chair, the wait was truly worth it!
