I appreciated how he answered all my questions with patience and clarity—something I find really important in a healthcare provider. What I loved most was how they offered a variety of stylish frames for glasses. I ended up picking a pair that I absolutely adore! They even helped me navigate the insurance process, which was a huge relief. My only minor concern was that the appointment scheduler could have been a bit more flexible with timings; finding a suitable slot was a little challenging. I just had an eye exam here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process was! From check-in to check-out, everything flowed seamlessly. My experience at this eye care clinic was quite positive! The staff was friendly and efficiently handled my check-in. Dr. Lee was very thorough with the exam and made sure to address all of my concerns. I appreciated how he presented the findings in an easy-to-understand manner. The selection of eyewear was impressive as well, which made choosing new glasses a fun experience! My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area a bit, as it felt a little cramped during peak times. Nonetheless, I left feeling well taken care of and happy with my new prescription. I’ll definitely return for my next check-up!
