I've been visiting this dental office for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it has completely changed my perception of dental visits! From the moment you walk in, the welcoming atmosphere puts you at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Norstedt has a gentle touch, and he takes the time to explain every procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. I recently had a filling done, and I felt no pain whatsoever! The office is clean, organized, and usually runs on time, which I appreciate. One thing I would suggest is to perhaps have a few more magazines in the waiting area, as I tend to finish what’s there pretty quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist! They really go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

I had my first visit at this dental office last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! The reception was warm and inviting, making me feel like I was in good hands right from the start. Dr. Norstedt is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly during my examination. I appreciated that he took the time to discuss my dental history and what to expect moving forward. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, with a calming ambiance that really helps ease any dental anxiety. However, I did feel that the wait time could be improved; I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the quality of care I received made up for it. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful to have found a place that truly seems to care for its patients. I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment!

Finding a good dentist has always been a challenge for me, but I think I've finally found my place! This dental office has everything I was looking for. The staff were so accommodating and friendly from my first phone call to the appointment. Dr. Norstedt is just fantastic! He took his time to assess my teeth and provided a thorough explanation of my options. I had a cleaning and check-up, and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the experience was. The hygienist even gave me tips on how to improve my dental hygiene at home, which I found extremely helpful. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the parking situation; it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. If you're in the area and need a solid dental practice, don't hesitate to book an appointment here! You won't regret it!
