Visiting this dental office was quite the pleasant surprise! As someone who usually dreads dental visits, I can confidently say that the staff here made me feel at ease right away. I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which is a big plus for someone like me who gets anxious about dental visits. I cannot rave enough about my experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who helped me with my paperwork. The office itself is clean and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable environment. Dr. Pelagalli is incredibly skilled and really takes the time to explain everything. I had a deep cleaning and a couple of fillings done, and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciated how he answered all my questions without rushing. The hygienist was also fantastic; she was gentle and thorough, making sure I was okay during the cleaning. One minor suggestion would be to improve on wait times as my appointment started about 15 minutes late. However, the quality of care I received was worth the wait! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental team!
