Visiting this hearing center was one of the best decisions I've made for my health! Dr. Chapa is an absolute gem! She took the time to conduct a comprehensive hearing evaluation and explained the results in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated her patience as I asked a million questions. The selection of hearing aids was impressive, and she helped me pick one that fit my lifestyle perfectly. After just a few days of wearing them, I noticed a significant improvement in my ability to communicate with friends and family. The follow-up care has been just as fantastic; I had a minor adjustment needed, and they fit me in the very next day! My only critique would be that the office could use some more seating in the waiting area, as it was quite full during my visit. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing hearing assistance.

My only small suggestion would be to improve the waiting area; perhaps some magazines or a water cooler could make it feel more inviting. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your well-being. Dr. Chapa took the time to conduct a detailed assessment and I never felt rushed. She helped me find the right hearing aids that suit my active lifestyle. It’s amazing to hear conversations clearly again! The only tiny downside was that scheduling my follow-up appointment took a little longer than expected, but they were very apologetic about it. Overall, I am so happy I made the decision to come here!
