I can’t say enough great things about our experience at this pediatric dental office! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles and making my child feel comfortable right away. The waiting area was well-equipped with books and toys, which helped ease any anxiety my little one had. During the appointment, the dentist was fantastic. She explained everything she was doing in a way that my child could understand, which really helped put them at ease. I appreciated the focus on prevention and education. I do wish they had a few more afternoon appointments available as it can be tough to balance school schedules with their hours. I’ve been bringing my son to this pediatric dental practice for a couple of years now, and I have to say, it’s been a wonderful journey. The staff is always professional yet super friendly, which is crucial when dealing with kids. The dentists here have a way of making dental visits fun! My son actually looks forward to his appointments, thanks to the games and activities available in the waiting area. The hygienists are also wonderful; they provide gentle care and explain each step to the kids, which helps reduce any fear. One thing I’d love to see improved is the online appointment system, as it can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes. However, I still think this place is one of the best for pediatric dentistry.
