I want to share my positive experience at this urgent care center after I took my child in for a fever. As a parent, it’s always nerve-wracking when your little one isn’t feeling well, but the staff here were phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, they were warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we were taken back quickly. The pediatrician we saw was great with my child, explaining everything in a way that put both of us at ease. I was particularly impressed with how they engaged my child and made the experience less intimidating. The facility was well-maintained, and I noticed they followed strict hygiene protocols, which is reassuring. I recently visited an urgent care center when I had an unexpected allergic reaction, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. I was seen within 15 minutes, which is something I rarely experience in any medical facility. The nurse who took care of me was knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what was happening and the treatment options available. The doctor was just as wonderful, providing a thorough examination and addressing all my concerns. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which added to my comfort level during what was a stressful time. My only feedback would be to maybe look into expanding the waiting area; I noticed it got a bit full during my visit. Nevertheless, this place definitely exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling much better and well-cared for. Highly recommend it if you need urgent care services!

I had a great experience at this urgent care when I went for a sprained ankle. I was in a lot of pain and quite anxious about being treated. The staff was quick to reassure me and got me in for an evaluation swiftly. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was friendly and professional. I appreciated how they explained the X-ray process, which made it less daunting. The wait could have been a bit shorter—about 40 minutes total—but I could see they were handling multiple patients and giving everyone the attention they needed. The treatment options were explained clearly, and I felt confident in my care plan moving forward. The ambiance of the clinic was calming, and it felt organized, which is always a plus. I would also suggest they consider adding some more comfortable seating in the waiting area, as it gets a little cramped during peak times. Overall, I left feeling grateful for the service I received, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if necessary. Definitely a solid choice for urgent care!
