I’ve been banking here for a while, and my experience has mostly been positive. The staff is consistently friendly and willing to help with any issues I encounter. Their ATM services are reliable, which is a huge plus for me. I particularly love their app, which makes banking on-the-go so easy. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes their phone support can be a bit slow to respond, and I’ve had to hold for longer than I’d like. It would be great if they could improve that aspect. Nonetheless, I appreciate the local community feel and the personal attention I receive when I visit the branch. Overall, I’m satisfied with their services and will continue to be a loyal customer!

I just switched to this bank, and I couldn't be happier! The service has been outstanding. I met with a personal banker who really took the time to understand my financial goals. They offered me great advice on saving and investing, which I found really helpful. The branch is also very clean and organized, making transactions quick and easy. One small suggestion would be to extend their Saturday hours a bit; I often find it hard to get there before noon. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I recently opened an account here and have had a positive experience so far. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they made the account opening process smooth and straightforward. The online banking is user-friendly and offers all the features I need to manage my finances. I really appreciate that they have a local presence; it’s nice to have a bank that feels less corporate. While the overall experience has been great, I did notice that the wait times during peak hours can be a bit long. I think they could benefit from having an additional teller available during busy times. However, the staff's professionalism makes up for it. Overall, I'm pleased with my choice and would recommend them to others looking for a solid banking experience.
