I recently transitioned to this practice after moving to a new area, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I appreciated how the staff was efficient yet still took a moment to connect with me, making the whole experience pleasant. I did notice that the office can get busy, particularly mid-morning, which caused a slight delay in my appointment time; however, Dr. Vallone's genuine care and attention during our time together more than made up for that. I’ve been seeing Dr. Vallone for a few years now, and I can honestly say that he has transformed my experience with healthcare. From my very first appointment, I felt comfortable and valued. His approach is incredibly thorough; he took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve had some chronic issues, and he worked with me to find solutions rather than just prescribing medications. The office staff is also fantastic—always friendly and efficient. I appreciate how they follow up after appointments to check on my progress. It’s evident they genuinely care about their patients. My only minor feedback is that the wait times can be a bit lengthy during peak hours, but the quality of care I receive is well worth it.
