I've been going to this tire shop for a couple of years now, and overall, I've had a great experience. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I recently brought my car in for a rotation and balance, and they finished it in no time. I love how they educate me about tire maintenance and the importance of regular check-ups. They have a great selection of tires at competitive prices, which is a major plus. However, I did notice that they can get quite busy during peak hours, which sometimes leads to a longer wait time. I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at this tire shop! Being new to the area, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a reliable place for tire service, especially since I had a bulging tire that needed immediate attention. I called ahead and was pleasantly surprised when they told me to come in right away. When I arrived, they assessed the situation quickly and informed me that I could either get a new tire or they could repair it. I opted for the repair, and they got to work right away. The team was not only skilled but also super friendly, making me feel at ease about the whole situation. In no time, they had my tire repaired, and I was back on the road in under an hour. The prices were incredibly fair too! They even gave me tips on what to look for in tire maintenance moving forward. The only suggestion I have would be to improve their signage outside because I initially had a hard time finding the entrance. Overall, this tire shop definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will be coming back for any future needs!
