I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at this auto repair shop. The staff treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I loved that they showed me the worn parts and explained why they needed to be replaced. The transparency was refreshing! The waiting room was clean and had a great selection of magazines, which made my wait enjoyable. The only reason I gave a four-star instead of five is that they were a bit busy when I arrived, and it took longer than expected to get my car back. I just had my tires replaced at this auto repair shop, and I’m really impressed! The staff was super friendly, and they even offered a discount for first-time customers, which was a nice bonus. They had a wide selection of tires to choose from, and the installation was done in a timely manner. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more extensive warranty on tire services. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back in the future for regular maintenance!
