I've been a member for over two years now, and I can honestly say this credit union has changed the way I view banking. I’ve been visiting this credit union for a few months now, and my experience has been largely positive. The staff is always polite and takes the time to listen to my needs, which I really appreciate. I recently opened a savings account, and the process was seamless. They even took the time to explain various savings plans that would benefit me in the long run. While I love their customer service and the fact that they have wheelchair accessibility, I think the layout could use a bit of tweaking. The waiting area sometimes feels cramped when it gets busy, which could make it a bit uncomfortable. However, that’s a small price to pay for the level of service I’ve received here. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in need of a reliable banking option!
