I’ve been a member for over five years and I can honestly say this place is top-notch! The customer service is always friendly, and I appreciate how they consistently go above and beyond to assist me. I recently applied for a personal loan, and the process was seamless. The loan officer took the time to explain every detail and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I was making. My only suggestion would be to improve their wait time during peak hours; I’ve sometimes had to wait longer than expected when the office gets busy. However, the staff’s positivity makes the time go by faster! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable credit union.

I recently became a member here and I’m so glad I did! The staff is super friendly and really eager to help. I particularly appreciate how they took the time to explain all my options for a new savings account. The online banking platform is straightforward and easy to use, which is a huge plus. My only complaint would be that they aren’t open on weekends, which can be a little inconvenient for those of us who work standard hours. Overall, a great experience!
