I had a really positive experience with Dr. Okani and his staff, who were all very professional and kind. The office is well-maintained, and the ambiance is surprisingly comforting for a medical office. Dr. Okani took the time to go over my test results in detail, which I appreciated—I never felt rushed or dismissed. His approach is both thorough and compassionate, which is so important when dealing with such serious health issues. My only critique would be that the check-in process could use some streamlining; I felt it was a bit slow at times. Plus, a little more clarity on expected wait times would help a lot. Overall, though, I feel confident in the treatment I’m receiving, and I am grateful to have found such a dedicated oncologist.
