I had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr. Hood-Olson explained everything in detail, which really eased my nerves. My experience at this orthodontic office has largely been positive. Dr. Hood-Olson is knowledgeable and made it a point to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The technology they use seems up-to-date, and I felt confident in my treatment plan. The staff is friendly, though sometimes I noticed that they seem a little rushed during busy times. I think having more staff on hand during peak hours could enhance the experience even further. However, the quality of care I received was excellent, and my smile is proof of that! I would absolutely recommend this office!
