What a delightful experience! I’ve always dreaded going to the eye doctor, but this visit changed my mind completely. The ambiance was modern yet cozy, and I felt right at home. Another nice touch was their follow-up service; they emailed me a few days later to check how I was adjusting to my new glasses, which felt very personal. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the hours on Saturdays as it can get busy, but I can honestly say this was one of the best optician experiences I’ve had. I went in for my first eye exam here and had a fantastic experience! The doctor was thorough and friendly, making me feel comfortable the whole time. Had a great experience! The staff was friendly, and I found some really cute glasses. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I felt a little rushed during the final fitting. Otherwise, everything was smooth and I love my new shades! Will definitely be coming back.
