I’ve been banking here for several years, and I appreciate the personal touch you don’t often find with bigger banks. The tellers know me by name and always take the time to check in and see how I’m doing. I recently applied for a personal loan to fund some home renovations, and the process was seamless. The interest rates are competitive, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I think their waiting area could use a bit more seating during peak hours, as it can get crowded.
