I came here last month for a minor injury and overall had a positive experience. The staff was really friendly and seemed very competent. They made me feel comfortable right away. I appreciated how quickly I was seen and treated. However, I think they could benefit from improving their follow-up process. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back about my test results, which left me a bit anxious. Despite that, the care I received was great, and I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care needs. They took good care of me and I left feeling much better!

I had a fantastic experience at the urgent care center when I sprained my ankle playing basketball. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. They had me fill out some quick paperwork and before I knew it, I was being seen by a very knowledgeable nurse who took the time to explain the necessary steps to treat my injury. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get me X-rays to rule out any fractures. The doctor that followed up was thorough and made sure I understood my recovery plan. The facility was clean and well-organized, which really put me at ease during a stressful time. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, I would say that they could improve on their wait time, as I did have to wait about 30 minutes before being seen. Overall, I would highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of medical assistance. Their professionalism and caring attitude made a challenging situation much more manageable. Thank you for the amazing care!
