I recently visited this clinic for a lingering shoulder issue, and my experience was overall quite positive. The staff was friendly and very attentive, really making an effort to ensure I was comfortable during my visit. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the initial assessment; the physician asked a lot of questions and really dug deep to understand my pain. It was nice to see that he genuinely cared about finding a solution. The treatment options he provided were clear and appropriately tailored to my needs, which I appreciated. However, I did find the facility to be somewhat busy, and my appointment started about 15 minutes later than scheduled. While I understand that these things happen, it would be great if they could improve on punctuality. On the plus side, the physical therapy team was excellent, and I felt a marked difference after just a few sessions. The follow-up appointments have also been very efficient and helpful.
