I recently had to visit this clinic for a knee issue that had been bothering me for months. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and quickly checked me in without any hassle. Dr. Smith was my orthopedic specialist, and I can't say enough good things about him. He took the time to explain my condition in detail and was very patient with all my questions. I appreciated that he didn't rush me through the appointment. The physical therapy options they offer are quite extensive, and the therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I also liked the fact that they have Saturday hours, which made it so much easier for me to come in without taking time off work. The only minor thing I would suggest is that the waiting area could use a few more comfortable chairs, as it gets crowded sometimes. Nevertheless, my overall experience was fantastic, and I left feeling hopeful and well-informed about my treatment plan. I’ve already recommended this clinic to a couple of friends who are dealing with joint pain. Highly recommend it for anyone needing orthopedic care!
