After experiencing chronic back pain for years, I finally decided to seek help and went to this orthopedic office based on a friend’s recommendation. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was, which gave me a good impression right away. The staff was welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait too long for my appointment. Dr. Johnson was my physician, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very empathetic, taking the time to explain my condition in a way I could easily understand. What I appreciated most was his approach to treatment; he suggested a combination of physical therapy and lifestyle changes rather than jumping straight to surgery, which I was worried about. The physical therapist they referred me to was just as great, helping me regain mobility and strength. The only downside I encountered was trying to get through on the phone for follow-up appointments could sometimes be challenging. Regardless, I genuinely feel like I’m on the road to recovery thanks to their amazing team!
