I recently visited Dr. Cruz with my daughter, and I was really impressed with his approach. He was patient, and kind, and made my daughter feel at ease during her eye exam. The office had plenty of engaging activities for kids while we waited, which was nice. Dr. Cruz took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the next steps in her treatment. The only suggestion I have would be to improve the scheduling process, as we had to wait longer than anticipated. However, the quality of care we received more than made up for that, and I left the appointment feeling reassured. I would definitely recommend him!
