I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything, including my insurance options and the costs involved, which made me feel valued as a patient. The clinic itself is immaculate and designed with comfort in mind. They even have a cozy waiting area with plenty of magazines and a coffee station, which made my wait time feel much shorter. Dr. Smith, my dentist, was incredible. He took the time to discuss my dental history and asked about any concerns I had. I was particularly impressed with how he explained the procedures in detail without using too much jargon. I felt like he genuinely cared about my oral health and wanted to ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated the gentle approach.
