As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The initial paperwork was straightforward, and the staff was very helpful in answering my questions. Dr. Banister was incredibly thorough; she made sure to explain my health issues in detail and outlined a clear treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The environment felt comfortable and welcoming. I also love that they offer Saturday appointments, which are hard to find at other places. My only small critique would be that the waiting room could use a few more comfortable chairs. Overall, I highly recommend this place for family care!
