My grandmother has been residing at this facility for over six months, and I can confidently say it has been a positive experience. The staff truly go above and beyond to create a supportive and loving environment. They treat each resident with dignity and respect, and I’ve witnessed some wonderful interactions between the caregivers and residents. The food is surprisingly good, and they offer a nice variety in the menu. I’ve also appreciated the regular updates they provide about my grandma's health and well-being. The only feedback I would give is that sometimes I’ve noticed the common areas are a bit busy during peak hours. More seating or activities spread out could help with the crowding. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones!

As someone who has visited this facility several times to see my aunt, I can share that the overall experience has been quite positive. I appreciate the clean and organized environment that’s maintained throughout the building. The staff appears to be very engaged, always checking in on the residents and offering assistance when needed. One thing I particularly admire is their commitment to individualized care; my aunt has special dietary needs, and the kitchen staff has really made an effort to accommodate her. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the response time when calling for assistance can be slightly slow, which can be concerning. The activities they provide are really helpful in keeping residents active and social, although I feel like more outdoor activities would be a fantastic addition. The gardens are lovely, and it would be nice to see more residents enjoying them. Overall, I feel reassured knowing my aunt is in a safe and caring environment, and I am grateful for the good work they do.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My uncle moved here a few months ago, and I’ve been visiting regularly. The staff are just amazing—so kind and attentive. They genuinely seem to care about the residents. My uncle has made some great friends and really enjoys the activities they offer, like bingo and arts and crafts. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which is so important for the residents. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can be a bit tricky during certain times, but it’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind I have knowing he’s well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
