Wow! I cannot say enough great things about my experiences here. I've been to several dental offices over the years, but this one has truly exceeded my expectations. The staff is absolutely top-notch, from reception to the dental assistants. They really take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcomed. Dr. Parks is not only knowledgeable but also has a great sense of humor, which helped me relax during my procedures. I had a filling done, and the whole process was surprisingly quick and painless. I love that they use modern technology that makes everything easier and more efficient. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the online booking system, which could be a bit more user-friendly. However, the service in person makes up for it tenfold! Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care!

As a long-time patient, I’ve always been impressed with the level of care I receive. Each visit feels personalized, as the staff remembers details about my life, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the office is also noteworthy, making me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Parks has an excellent way of explaining procedures in layman's terms, ensuring that I never feel out of the loop. I recently had a cleaning, and I appreciated that the hygienist took extra time to answer my questions about dental health. The only downside is that they don’t have Saturday hours, which can be a challenge for those of us with busy weekday schedules. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my experiences here!
