I had a fantastic experience at this credit union recently! I needed to set up a new savings account for my kids, and the staff was super helpful throughout the process. They took the time to walk me through the forms and explain all the options in a way that was easy to understand. It felt personal, not like I was just another number. The location is also easy to access, which is a big plus since I don’t live too far away. My only suggestion would be to extend the hours on Saturdays. Since many people work during the week, it would be great if they could offer a few hours on Saturdays to accommodate more clients. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied and appreciated the warm, friendly service!

I also appreciate that the place is wheelchair accessible, which is a significant plus for those who need it. The only small hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than expected because there were a few customers ahead of me. I understand that sometimes it gets busy, so it didn’t bother me too much. I think they could improve their waiting area to make it a bit more comfortable, perhaps with some seating that isn't just hard metal chairs. But overall, the service I received was excellent, and I left feeling valued as a new member.
