I had a fantastic experience at this appliance parts supplier. I was in a bit of a panic when my dishwasher broke down right before a big family gathering. Not only did they have it in stock, but the prices seemed very fair compared to what I had seen online. The staff also provided some helpful tips on installation, which was a pleasant bonus. The only downside was that they were closed on Sundays, which would have made it easier for me to come by. I ended up needing that part right away, so I had to rush during the week. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I was looking for a specific part for my washing machine, and after calling a few other places with no luck, I finally found this supplier. The person who answered the phone was super friendly and took the time to check their inventory while I was on the line. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and directed straight to the section I needed. They had the part in stock, and I was in and out in no time! The only thing I'd suggest is adding a bit more signage outside; I almost missed the place because it's tucked away. Other than that, I was really pleased with the service and will be back if I need anything else!
