Visiting Dr. McDonald was a great decision for my foot health! After years of discomfort, I finally decided to seek help, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The office has a calming atmosphere, which took away my usual anxiety about doctor visits. Dr. McDonald was incredibly attentive; he listened to my concerns and explained each step of the diagnosis and treatment process clearly. I appreciated how he tailored my treatment plan to fit my lifestyle, which made it easier to follow. I also loved that he encouraged me to ask questions, which made me feel involved in my care. The only thing that could be improved was the wait time; I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. I was really impressed with my visit! The waiting time was short, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. McDonald is friendly and thorough, addressing all my questions about my foot discomfort. Only downside was the parking situation—it can get a bit tight during peak hours. Still, I would definitely recommend this place!

The care I received was outstanding! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the doctor took his time to explain everything. My foot pain has significantly reduced since my visit. Only wish they were open on weekends for those of us with busy schedules. Overall, a fantastic experience!
