My only minor complaint would be the wait time; I had a scheduled appointment but still had to wait about 15 minutes. What a gem of a place! I had a great experience getting my hair styled here. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and everyone is friendly. I loved how my stylist took the time to get to know my preferences before diving into the cut. It really felt like they cared about making me happy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having some refreshments available while waiting, as it can get a bit warm and dry during the summer months. But overall, I was thrilled with my new look and will definitely return!

My experience was mostly positive, but there were a few hiccups. The haircut I received was fantastic, and my stylist was super friendly and skilled. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted. However, I did notice the scheduling seemed a bit off that day; I had to wait longer than expected to be seen, which was a little frustrating. Despite this, the end result was worth the wait. I left feeling great. I’d definitely consider coming back!

The stylist I had was incredibly attentive; they really took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns about my hair. I was looking for a fresh look, but I was also nervous about making a big change. They offered me some fantastic suggestions and explained everything in detail, which helped me feel confident. The color they suggested turned out to be absolutely perfect! I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair before. What I appreciated most was the fact that there was a genuine focus on quality over quantity. I never felt rushed at all, and I loved how they used high-quality products that left my hair feeling soft and healthy. The only tiny critique I would have is that the seating area could use a bit of updating, as it felt a little cramped while I was waiting, but it was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service I received.
