I can't thank this podiatrist enough! I went in with severe heel pain, thinking I would need surgery, but after a few tests and Dr. Daines' detailed explanation, it turned out that all I needed was a custom orthotic. The whole team was incredibly friendly and made the experience much less daunting than I expected. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the wait time is communicated a bit better, as I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. However, it was worth it for the care I received. My feet are finally back to normal, and I can enjoy my daily walks! Highly recommend!
