I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Mondo, and I am over the moon with the results! I had been struggling with chronic pain in my hip for years, and he made me feel at ease right from the start. Absolutely impressed with my experience! I came in after a sports injury that left me unable to properly use my shoulder. The staff was friendly from the get-go, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Mondo is a gem! He was so thorough during my examination and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. He even drew diagrams to illustrate my condition and the treatment options available. After an MRI, he discussed the results without using any complicated medical jargon, making it easy for me to grasp what was going on. The treatment plan was laid out clearly, and I felt confident moving forward. The only suggestion I have is to offer more appointment slots for after-hours; sometimes, it was tricky to find a time that fit my work schedule. Overall, I can’t thank Dr. Mondo enough for getting me back in shape, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care!
