I had my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Smith took his time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit crowded, but that’s a small price to pay for such quality care. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist!
