He explained my condition in detail and walked me through my treatment options, ensuring I understood each one. I truly appreciated that he didn’t just throw medical jargon at me, but rather made it all relatable. The follow-up care has also been excellent; the office staff is quick to respond to my messages, and I've never felt like just another patient. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the wait time; while it wasn’t unbearable, I did end up waiting about 20 minutes past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. Overall, I walked out feeling hopeful and empowered, and I’m really grateful to have found such a caring professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone dealing with rheumatologic issues. Dr. Jensen is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being.
