One small area for improvement could be the parking situation; it can get a little tight at peak hours. But honestly, the quality of care I receive here outweighs that minor inconvenience. This orthodontic practice is simply amazing! I went in for a consultation and was blown away by how welcoming everyone was. Dr. Ward is clearly passionate about his work, and it shows in the care he provides. He was thorough in explaining the process and made sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. The office is well-maintained and has a great vibe. My only piece of advice would be to perhaps have some background music or TV for those longer waits. Otherwise, I can't recommend this place enough!

As a parent of two kids who needed braces, I was slightly apprehensive about the whole process. However, I can't express how grateful I am to have found this orthodontist! Right from the consultation, Dr. Ward and his team were fantastic. They explained the entire process to my children and made it fun, which really put them at ease. The office is equipped with the latest technology, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I appreciated how they followed up with us after each appointment to check on my kids' comfort levels. The only thing I would suggest is to offer more flexible hours for busy parents; it can be tough to schedule around work. Overall, the experience has been positive, and I’m excited to see my kids' smiles transform throughout the treatment!
