I recently joined this credit union after hearing great things from friends, and I have to say, I’m really impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and truly takes the time to understand your financial needs. I opened a savings account and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. They guided me through each step, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. The online banking features are also quite user-friendly. I love being able to check my balance and transfer funds with just a few clicks! My only critique would be that their hours could be a bit more flexible for those of us who work traditional hours. Closing at 5 PM means I can’t visit during the week without taking time off, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the excellent customer service more than makes up for it. Overall, I'm happy with my experience so far and looking forward to a long-term relationship with them!
