I visited this credit union last week to open a new savings account and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through the process without any rush. I love their commitment to community involvement, which is a nice touch. However, I do think their hours could be more accommodating—especially for those of us who work 9 to 5 and can’t make it in during the week. Overall, a solid place to handle your banking needs!

My experience with this credit union has been largely positive. The customer service is consistently attentive and helpful, whether I’m in the branch or calling for support. The range of services they offer is impressive, especially their competitive savings rates. I recently took advantage of their auto loan service, and the terms were fantastic! The only thing I wish could be improved is their app; it sometimes glitches, which can be frustrating. Still, the personal touch from the staff makes me feel valued as a member, and I appreciate that immensely.
