I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Sala, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the entire experience! From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted warmly by the staff, which immediately put us at ease. The waiting area was clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities for kids, which helped distract my daughter while we waited. Dr. Sala himself was so patient and thorough during the examination. He took the time to explain everything to both my daughter and me, making sure we understood each step of the process. His gentle demeanor made my daughter feel comfortable, and she even mentioned how much she liked him afterward! The only minor hiccup was that we had to wait a little longer than expected for our appointment, but once we got in, the quality of care was top-notch. What a fantastic experience! I brought my son in for his first eye exam, and I was a bit nervous about how he would react, but Dr. Sala and his team were incredible. They created a warm and welcoming environment, complete with fun toys and games in the waiting area, which really helped to ease my son's anxiety. Dr. Sala took the time to explain everything to us in a way that my son could understand, which made the process so much easier. I loved that he asked my son questions and even let him pick out the colorful frames he liked best! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out processes quick and painless. I do wish the office had a few more toys to keep younger kids entertained while waiting, but that's a small detail in an otherwise perfect visit. I am grateful we found such an excellent pediatric ophthalmologist!

I can't rave enough about our experience with Dr. Sala! My daughter has been dealing with some eye issues, and after a few referrals, we finally found him. The office is well-organized, and I loved how the staff was always attentive and genuinely caring. Dr. Sala took the time to hear our concerns, and he answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. I really appreciated how he used child-friendly language to explain the diagnosis and treatment options, which made it easier for my daughter to understand what was happening. The follow-up care was just as impressive. They made sure to check in on her progress and adjusted the treatment plan as needed. The only thing I think could be improved is the appointment scheduling process; we had some difficulty getting through on the phone initially. However, once we were in, the service was exceptional.
